Eating at nught cause depression and menal dysfunction
When i eat any kind of food before sleep i get flatulance , poor digestion and severe depression the next day ,, i really suffer and dont know how to treat thus condition ,, it cause me to be tired fatigue all the time and loss interest in life , with dry mouth and pharynx although intake of hogh amount of water and good hydration
Consider trying to cut out certain food groups for several weeks - one at a time - and see if you find any changes. Gluten (wheat, rye and barley) is one specific food group that's known to cause gas, depression, fatigue, brain fog, etc. in many individuals.
