I have stomach pain and problems that I have attributed to "IBS."
I eat every couple of hours until I am full and a lot of this is from fast food. I assumed that if I stopped eating so much and eating fast food I would probably feel better. I ate basically salad, sandwiches, and deli meat for a couple of weeks. I ate around 2, sometimes 3 meals a day, so this was a lot less than I normally eat. To my surprise I actually felt a lot worse and my stomach pain was worse. For some reason I seem to feel better when I keep my stomach full on fast food or greasy unhealthy food (burger and fries). Any ideas what this could be? Has my body become used to the fast food over the years and now requires it or something? Help!

U know salad just might be the culprit then. I went from eating virtually no salad to eating it a couple times a day. I guess maybe the increase of fruits and veggie's actually made it worse for me. Any tips on what else you can and can not eat?
