Eggs and Green Tea

Eggs and Green Tea

I have to have my gall bladder out in a couple of months as I have just bee diagnosed with gall stones. I have got to stay on a strict low or no fat diet. Can I drink decaff green tea, and also am I allowed eggs eg. poached, boiled, scrambled or omlette? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. My e-mail is ***@****.
Thank you,
LInda

A low fat diet is typically recommended for gallbladder issues. You can find dietary suggesting at www.gicare.com. Go to the diet category and look at the list for a low fat/gallbladder diet.
