Elevated AST, ALT & Alkaline Phosphatase

Two weeks ago I had my gall bladder removed because it wasn't working and my Alkaine Phosphatase was very high (over 400).   I am 48 yrs old and pretty healthy...a little over weight.   Yesterday I had my blood drawn and my AST is 121, ALT is 185 and Alkaline Phosphatase is 522.  Could this be a result of having my gall bladder removed?   My AP has been high for the last 5 years that I know of.   I am more than a little scared.   Please advise.   My surgeon suggested seeing my primary doctor because this is not his area of expertise.  Thank you for any info or suggestions.
