Elevated Lipase

I have had mild ab discomfort for past three months that radiates to my back. Three weeks ago, Lipase was 86. Last week it was 223. CT with contrast was normal as was ultrasound. I take Aubagio and a diuretic, both of which can elevate Lipase. Moderate alcohol intake in the past. Zero alcohol in past two months. GI says with normal CT he is not that concerned. He suggests we retest in 3 months and continue to not take diuretic and Aubagio. Does this sound like a reasonable plan? Also, no vomiting, nausea or weight loss.
