Elevated Liver Results

I recently had blood work done to look at liver enzymes. The results are:
TOT BILI        0.5
ALKP             209 H
AST/SGOT       94 H
AST/SGPT      154 H
ALBUMIN        4.3
T PROT           7.1
AG RATIO       1.5
GLOBULIN      2.8
BILIRUBIN DIRECT   0.3


I am 40 years old female and do not drink. I was on methotrexate for about a month, but have been off the drug for two months. Do I need to be really concerned or only mildly?
