Elevated bilirubin in mid-30 year old after fatty liver success

I'm 6'4", big guy and I used to be 290 pounds.  I've list 65 pounds from a lot of strenuous exercise (high intensity interval training) and eating better and am now around 225.  I plan to lose another 10 or so pounds.

A few years ago my liver function tests started coming back with elevated ALT (above normal), AST (on the high end of normal) and elevated bilirubin of 1.5.  Doctor told me I had to start losing weight, so I did over the last 16 months.

So I just rechecked my bloodwork after losing the weight and the ALT and AST are back well within the normal range, but bilirubin is still at 1.5 -- the range on the test says normal is .03 to 1.2 so this is above normal.

Is this a concern?  Would it take a while for bilirubin to get back to normal after losing a lot of weight?

I did have a hepatitis test done a few years ago and it was normal.  I have no symptoms of anything abnormal for elevated bilirubin (no jaundice/pale - not tired, etc).
