Elevated liver enzymes postpartum?

Hi, I had a life insurance exam 7 weeks postpartum that came back with elevated AST (36), and ALT (70). Followed up with my family doctor for a retest and my labs were still elevated AST (43), ALT (80) (different labs)..All hep panels were negative. Are there any reasons other than serious problems why these would be elevated due to delivery? I had normal delivery, and am on no meds.
