Endoscope findings

Back in June I was told I had an ulcer, Well I finally got to see a GI doctor and He did the scope test That was Friday 8-26, He says he found no ulcer or cancer, but my stomach and bowls where red and inflamed as well as my colon. He did a few Biopsy's and I will find out sometime next week what it was. I was curious so I looked it up on webmd, they came up with Informatory bowl disease or chorns, My 2 aunts have Chorns and my cousin has IBS, Stomach problems run high in my family. What I was wondering if anyone had some advice or knew of anything? For about three months Ive had bad abdominal pain like every day, nausea, vomiting, diarehha, Just cant eat everything bothers me, I had to cut out milk completely  because it gave me the worst stomach pain. Its just been a very hard 3 months and anything would help.
