Management would depend on the pathology results. Polyps have a chance to become cancerous - depending on the size and pathology. A papilloma is a type of polyp - the biopsy would provide greater clarity.
Management likely would include greater surveillence if the polyps are not cancerous. This can include periodic endoscopies every 2-3 years.
