Endoscopy results

ive just had my second Endoscopy today. My first one three years ago said I had a hernia and Barrats oesophagus . I had key hole surgery and no longer get reflux. However this is the diagnosis from to days endoscopy. OG in 35 cams. Z line at 35 cams. A very small < 1 cm tongue of possible columnar mucosa. No mention of Barratts. Can any one explain that for me please?
