Enlarged Bile Ducts

In September 2009, I went to the ER for throwing up blood and nausea. The doctors ruled out ulcers, so they did an ultrasound. They thought my liver looked enlarged, so scheduled a CT scan. The CT scan found I had enlarged bile ducts. My signs include bloating, vomiting,lethargy. Symptoms are nausea, pain, headaches. Do I need to be concerned? I looked up enlarged bile ducts on the web and found it could be a form of cancer, Bile Duct Cancer. Is that common? I am a little worried because over the past two months it seems to have gotten worse, and getting worse as the days go by.
