Is it possible for you to give more description or medical history?

This vessels were found on ultrasound? Enlarged vessels inside the liver are usually hemangiomas, these are benign tumors from intrahepatic veins.

Enlarged vessels around the liver are usually from hepatic cirrhosis or other heavy liver disease which rise intrahepatic pressure.
