Enlarged spleen since birth/brown red freckles on abdomen

Diagnosed as a baby with enlarged spleen and continual testing 30 years later with no answers, I have now developed brown freckles with outer red line on my stomach and breast area. At the same time I have had severe acne with cysts all over my cheeks. I went off the pill a year ago, now taking natural progesterone. Often feel fatigued. Am now a vegetarian. Looking for direction regarding freckles which will not go.

How are your lover serum numbers and your CBC, blood work numbers - is everything normal? Any unusual edema or abdominal swelling?
