Eosinophilic gastroenteritis

Have possible diagnosis of eosinophilic gastroenteritis. Can anyone give me any info? Have always had allergies to antibiotics, but no food allergies. Have started on prednisone treatment...is there anything else? All info greatly appreciated or info on websites to look into. Thank you
