Epigastric cramping pain. Worried and scared!

Just yesterday fairly suddenly I started having this cramping pain in my stomach area, right under my ribcage. It all started after feeling really hungry and not eating. But once I started eating it would flare up. I got mildly nauseous and have some gas pains, but I never threw up. All BMs were normal and not painful. I went home from work early, tried taking antacids (one of the variety like pepcid complete), and even some dramamine to help with the nausea. Nothing stopped the waves of cramping pain. I started feeling incredibly hot and took my temperature - I had a fever of 102.5. I took one ibuprofen and went to bed. My sleep was fine and I felt moderately better when I woke up. I started eating a little bit this morning and the cramping has started coming back. I've had some gas, but the nausea is gone and I don't feel like I have a fever. The pain sometimes wraps around my back. I don't know what to make of this and it's fairly worrisome. Help, please!!!
