Excess Bile in stools

All of a sudden I have very bright yellow stools and they smell like bile, I have a little bit of stomach cramping but nothing too serious. I am not sure what this means and would rather NOT go to the emergency room if this is nothing.

No this has not been consistent, funnly enough I had just started a diet where I am eating less fat. I started the diet Thursday, and Saturday is when this happened. I read all the stuff about how it means that there is a lack of bile, but this is definitely bile, it smelled like bile and after a few times burned like bile. I called my aunt who has been in the medical profession a while, she said with a lot of certainty that it could be my gall bladder, and I have had gall bladder problems in the past, just nothing like this.  I see a doctor on Monday. But feel free if anyone has anymore info. Thanks.

bright yellow stool probably caused by undigested fat high concentration, lack of bile, or food left stomach rapidly.  Has this been consistent?

Stomach cramping may be associated with colitis.  Eat lite for a while see if that helps.
