Excessive pooping

33 male with an issue with pooping, everytime I eat I have to poop seconds after I’m finished eating, also poop frequently even if I don’t eat,and have also been slowly losing weight! I feel fine other wise but getting worried. When I’m at work I don’t poop until I get home and eat a lot throughout the day and have always had a hard time gaining weight but I can lose weight quickly I’m 5’11 currently 165 was 170 pounds a month ago and my weight has always fluctuated a few pounds I’m not fat but I have a small belly and like zero fat anywheres else! What could be wrong if anything I don’t have pain or cramping or any other issues besides constant pooping! I thought it could be from coffee as that does trigger it but also happens without coffee if I’m active and not home I don’t get the urge to poop most of the time,my diet isn’t the greatest but I don’t eat junk food and if I don’t drink coffee I’m sometime drink kickstart energy drinks but they don’t always trigger me to poop! I tried reading stuff on google but my symptoms don’t relate to much of what I found because I just a pooping issue! And it’s usually regular poop but once in a while watery but that’s after all the normal stuff comes out! And also after doing the poo I am hungry so I just can’t win

You may need to take a probiotic that specifically targets the issue of travelers diarrhea. When you don't have enough good bacteria in your gut, it increases the likelihood of diarrhea.

Make sure you get one for travelers diarrhea otherwise, most probiotics tend to have the opposite effect at moderate doses which would make it worse. Imodium ad also works wonders, it was created by taking properties of opiates such as codeine without the painkilling effects. Any form of opiates such as vicodin, codeine, morphine all have extreme constipation side effects. In your situation it would just make your normal again and you won't get constipation.

Hope this helps
