Whomever prescribed you the medicine is who you should call. Or you can go to the county health department clinic as a walk-in and you can see a physician that day for very little cost and he can advise you. In some phone books a hospital will be listed and will have a section called "Ask A Nurse," and you can call them, or you can call the Poison Control Center, which is in the book too. But no matter what, you'll wind up going off the penicillin and another antibiotic will be substituted, because it sounds to me like you had an allergic reaction and that drug is most definitely not one you should be taking, now or in the future.
