Exterm elevated in GGT,ALP, and liver enzyme

Hi

I am 31 yeas old male and I don’t drink alcohol.
Recently I had blood test. The result comes back with unexpected Liver function result. The GGT was 620, the ALP was 550, and Liver enzyme was 390. Following to this test result. I had hepatitis screen blood test and all of them (A,B, and C) were negative. Also I made ultrasound scan for the liver and the liver structure was entirely normal.
I am just wondering what the cause of such elevation in my liver enzymes. Is this indication of liver cancer?...
Is the ultrasound enough to detects the Liver cancer, Primary biliary cirrhosis, or autoimmune hepatitis?

Your help will be highly appreciated

Thank You, Sam
