Extreme pain in my lower stomach

Symptoms: Xtreme Gas, Bloating that makes me look pregnant(it's really really bad and upsetting), and the most excruciating pain in my abdomen. Starting right under my breast in my ribcage all the way down to my lower region.

Now back in November i had my left ovary removed with a 5 pound dermoid tumor; it had encased my left Fallopian tube and twisted backward toward my spine and was sitting on my bladder. I was told by my obgyn that it could return again in the future so that i should go back for tests yearly. I can't believe that it would return so soon!?

An i know alot of doctors just want to diagnose gastrointestinal problems as IBS, but ive already tried a self induced enema, laxatives and fiber to fix it. I was rushed to the emergency room but all they said was i had a back up and that through the laxatives it would subside. But it hasn't! It's gotten worse; im afraid its worse and im so busy i dont have the time to see doctors. I work all week and attend college every weekend. My symptoms are gettin worse and the pain is so severe that I'll try and scream out for help but i can't speak.

Wat should i do?
What can relieve my pain and the symptoms?

You might have diverticultis which can be servere but it can be treated with antibotoics.  However, if left untreated it can be serious.  Get into a dr. soon or to the ER.

thank you for your concern, i went yesterday and the office was closed; i called today and it was closed so im gonna give it one more shot on monday to make an appointment. If all else fails then off to the ER.
