Failed Nissen Fundoplication?

Can a Nissen Fundoplication undo itself?
I am back on nexium after one year since my surgery. I had an upper GI done which shows mild to moderate motility disorder and it said fundoplication does not exist? If I have a motility disorder now will a surgeon redo the surgery for my Gerd?

A Nissen can become loose or in some cases come undone, although I believe that is rare. You'll have to check with your surgeon to see if your form of dysmolitity will be helped or hurt by another Nissen.
