Fear of liver damage

I am 46, male, have been drinking heavily for the last 15 years. When I stop drinking my LFT readings get back to normal within 2 weeks time. But in recent times it takes more than three weeks to get to normal. Besides once after coming to normal within 3 weeks, bilirubin went upto 1.2 form 0.6 in one weeks time without cosuming alcohol. Now i drink only for a brief period of one week in two months time. But during the drinking period usually when I am on tour, I drink heavily.  The problem now I am facing is itching all over the body, and looking as if I had lost a lot of weight, even though I have lost only about 5 pounts, and arms and legs are getting thinner. I am diabetic, but well within control (HbA1c - 6), so it is not a reason. My LFT is normal and Ultra Sound Scan shows only mild fatty infitration of liver.

Is there any problem with the liver, beginning stages of cirrhosis? My AlT and AST used to be in 20s previously when I absain from alcohol, but now they are in the 30s, still normal. any non invasive test to confirm any problem with the liver. I also have a family history of Cirrhosis.
