Feel full and stomach burns

I swallowed mouthwash on an empty stomach, it was a mouthwash "plus" that has tarter protection as well, which made my stomach burn a little, later it went away. Later when I went to eat i felt full very quickly without eating my normal amount and the burning came back for a few hours. I  had a red bull and went drinking at a party that night and for the next two days, and even now, i feel full quickly, the burning is back, I feel like i have gas at the top of my stomach, and also like I need to vomit but it would be a little forced. Please help.

It is a few days later now and the burning is a little less but now I feel a lump im my throat and i still feel full and bloated as soon as I eat anything. Advice please, is this damage that will heal or something or do i absolutly need medical help.
