Feeling out of it. Nauseous in the morning?

I am a 46 year old male.  I have for the last few months felt very nauseous in the morning to the point now where I can hardly hold my breakfast down.  Lately its been very hard to concentrate.  I constantly feel foggy and out of it.  Very irritable, loss of appetite, weight and motivation.  Just feel icky.

You need an upper endoscopy. There are multiple possibilities such as gastric ulcer, alkaline reflux gastritis, stomach cancer to name a few. The combination of pain and weight loss needs to be investigated.

I don't have insurance so I was hoping there was something I could try without going to get expensive tests to weed that out first.  Is there something over the counter I could try for the reflux?
