Feeling overwhelmed

I'm feeling lost. I've been feeling lousy off and on since February.  The bad times get longer and closer together.  Back pain, abdominal pain, gas, heartburn, loss of appetite, exhaustion, nausea...  Been through a series of tests. So far they have found fibroids in my uterus (told not to worry), overactive gallbladder (hida scan showed function at 97% again, told not to worry) and CT with contrast showed a lesion on my liver (told again it's like a bruise and not to worry).  I'm a 38 year old woman in good health and I'm worried!

Can any of these things explain my exhaustion, nausea and pain? If not, can they explain what is going wrong? Is there any chance all of these things they are finding are unrelated? I see my doctor again Monday and feel reasonably sure he is just going to suggest more tests.  I'd feel better with worst case scenario then just not knowing!   Does any of this sound familiar to anyone?

Helycobacter pylori infection of the stomach may cause nausea, poor appetite, heartburn, early satiety, burping and upper abdominal pain. You may suggest to your gastroenterologist to have an urea breath test for H. pylori.

You may try low fructose diet for 2-3 days - if you have fructose nalabsorption it will help.

Where exactly do you feel pain?

Pain is inconsistent.  I'll have good days with no pain, days with awful heartburn, pain at my gall bladder and kidneys and lower abdominal pain as well.

My white cell counts appear normal so they don't think it's an infection but I will mention it.  I keep hoping there is something that will explain all of my symptoms and will make sense of the hyperactive gall bladder and liver lesion.  I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Thank you for the suggestion.
