Felt sick after eating. Recent stomach problems.

So Recently ive been having strange stomach problems that never occurred til this week. I'm a female-5'1 101lbs and 18 yrs. Whenever I lay down my stomach grumbles aton the whole night (never use too) And today I woke up very dizzy and after I ate breakfast, my favorite meal, once i got full I immediately felt so sick. Like I was going to pass out and nauseous and my heart started beating really fast. I first went to the restroom but felt like this for a good while so I had to lie down.

So sorry you are not feeling well.  Has the problem continued?  Have you been able to get to a doctor to get checked out?  How are you feeling now?
