Flat stools
Started few weeks ago with constipation now my stools are flat about 1/4 inch thick and getting flatter

Welcome to the gastroenterology community! You are probably still constipated. I would recommend increasing your fiber intake, your intake of fruits and vegetables, your intake of water, and get more exercise.

You may also want to consider checking with our doctor. Other causes of constipation and flattened stool can be bowel
spasms
Coronary artery spasm
Croup
Eyelid twitch
Facial tics
Hand or foot spasms
Urge incontinence
Vascular spasm
, or bowel obstructions. Obstructions need to be ruled out.

Are you having any pain? If no, then there is no need to worry about bowel obstructions after having this problem for weeks.
