Foamy and Cloudy Urine

Hi Guys,

Lately, although I'm sure its been happening for quite some time but I've not noticed it, my urine has been mostly foamy on top and sometimes cloudy. I've noticed the cloudy urine when I eat protein as I do not eat much protein and when I do it happens.

I've not been able to put on weight for years, get severe anxiety attacks, and am really unstable emotionally and mentally.

Any advice?

Foamy cloudy urine may be from protreins in urine.

You would need urine test to prove that and to see if there is anything wrong with kidneys.
