Fructose help from glucose tablets?

Fructose help from glucose tablets?

Through experimentation, I have determined that I do not digest fructose well.  Online sources state that no enzyme has yet been found to help with this, but it does seem that glucose helps in the digestion of fructose.

Would I do myself any harm to try a glucose tablet used by diabetics when I have a food with fructose to see if that helps my digestion of the fructose?

Thanks,
Adam

Fructose actually doesn't need to be digested (broken down) by any enzyme - it only has to be absorbed. Glucose also doesn't need to be digested. These are both simple sugars, which can be absorbed directly.

Do you have diarrhea after fruit juices or fruits, or how you would describe your problems?

It is known, that toddlers, which drink a lot of fruit juices, have a chronic diarrhea - because a large amount of fructose drags water into intestine - and then all the solution is flushed out - this is known as toddler's diarrhea.
