Fundoplication - Vomiting after 20 years.

I had a Fundoplication (not sure which one... however I have a scar that stretches across my stomach) when I was 11 months old. The surgery was done in March of 1989. I'm 21 years old - and I just vomited for the first time since I had my Fundoplication (almost 20 years ago). I did not feel sick before I vomited, I have not been sick, nor has anyone else in my family.
I do not have a doctor currently, should I try to find one to get an Upper GI done?
Should I go to the hospital?
Does this mean that my Fundoplication has become unwrapped?
If it is now unwrapped, will I need to have the surgery re-done?
