GAINED 10 POUNDS RAPIDLY. HUGE BLOATED DISTENDED STOMACH. PAINFUL

I'm a 27 year old female. I have always maintained a weight of 110-113. I'm 5"6 . Almost 2 weeks ago I gained 10 lbs. I have a huge, bloated distended stomach. It is painful. I also am always very full. I cant eat nearly as much. I have nausea, fatigue, and poor posture has caused neck and back pain. No change in meds, sleep, diet, exercise, lifestyle, stress, bowels. I eat extremely healthy. This is NOT a bad case of water retention. It is a lot worse. I AM NOT pregnant.
Please help!

You need to go see your gyn and have a pelvic ultrasound to see if you have ovarian cysts.  Cysts can cause all the symptoms that you describe.  You might check out the ovarian cyst forum.  Make an appt with your  gyn asap.  good luck and let us know how you make out.
