GASTRITIS??!!??

My mother got diagnosed with Gastritis 3 months ago. Her symptoms were Stomach pain, Constant vomiting, Hiccups. she spent three days in the hospital the doc did a scope and confirmed Gastritis. He did not put her on any antibiotics. He told her to watch what she eats and take tums (antiacids)  She had a few good days mixed in with mostly bad days.
Now she has been vomiting for one full week. Cant even hold down sprite. If she does eat the food is back up within 15 mins. I dont know what else to do for her beside take her back to the hospital but she has no insurance so trying to avoid that.
The more info the better! IF anyone has heard of constant vomiting and constant stomach pain with this sickness please let me know.. what you had to do to get better.. and how long it took..

that sounds like the same thing my friend just told me happen to her mother , but found out it was her gallbladder , she got ot a point where she couldnt stop vomiting she had to be rushed to er and do an emerg surg to take her gallbladder out !  u might wanna go back and have her gallbladder checked !
