GERD

I'm a 38 year old female with s/p removal of gall bladder 3 weeks  b/c of chronic Gerd. Still having the burping , belching , gas, and reflux in my throat and chest. Have been to A ENT and she put a mirror down my throat and saw nothing. I Do feel tightness sometimes around my neck sometimes. Had A neck ultrasound and they found 2 neck nodules. After having interbation fron surgery my throat was spasming and just started back when I get reflux in my throat and the burning sensation. Do I need to see GI again. I have a appt with a thyriod specialist in a couple of weeks. Is the throat spasm normal?
