GI complications due to vasculitis? or lyme?

My daughter was diagnosed with Lyme disease recently, which she has had for 3.5 yrs. Also, suspected Behcets; yet, not sure which vasculitis. All the Dr.s say the same thing--this is a very complex presentation of symptoms. Along with the Lyme diagnosis, she came up positive for EBV and CMV. To make matters more confusing; my daughter was also infected with West Nile Virus. Too many symptoms to list here: she has had pancreatitis 6 times in last 8 months. 3 months ago she said she was'nt feeling well and cleared her throat producing 1 tbsp. of clotty looking blood. By the time I got her to the hospital 3/4 of sandwich bag full of blood clots. Following removal of almost 2 pints of clots via lavage they did emergency scope w/biopsy. Her entire stomach lining had varying sized ulcerations all the way around. Biopsy came back; not H pylori and not ibuprofen use. Undetermined. Bleeding gastritis w/out cause? Eating always causes her pain. Extremely fatigued. Tumor removed from rt ovary. on and on. Her ana has been 1:40 speckled for last 3.5 yrs. Her blood workup are always low. She has a circulating immune complex C3D of 28 normal being 0-8. A spike in gammaglobulin region. Cardiolipin is slightly off. Crohns disease was suggested. She get ulcers in her mouth and nose daily for a few hours. And now a lot of food she eats causes ulcers in her mouth and throat to itch--never had an allergy in her life til now. She has had 9 UTI's and 8 Lower resp infections in just the last 8 months. And a cat scan revealed spenoid sinus disease. Now her pancreas is hurting her to the point of going to hospital. Her lipase seems raised more than amylase most times. Her lipase was over 1400. She hates to eat due to pain. Any ideas to make sense of this confusion. Thanks,
