GI issues over a year

I went to Mexico in May 2009 and came back with hpylori and blasto... was treated for both and was given a clear.... 4th of July weekend awful pain in middle back...... fast forward 2 weeks.... kidney stone...........lower right abdominal pain ever since... it wont go away and slowly but surely its move to the right side of the gut.... Gurgling out of control..... bowel movements have changed big time.... I used to have gas problems but not anymore (I guess thats a positive thing)..... Have had 2 colonoscopies and nothing found..... my mid/lower right abdominal side feels like something is pulling it constantly....... Does anyone have any ideas??? I have been tested for IBD, Crohn's and nothing came up... I feel completely lost and dont know what more to do...... Someone have some advice?

In what respect have your bowel movements changed?  I'm a nurse so dont mind details!!teehee!
