It really sounds like you need to make an appt. with your doc and have some tests done to see if this is due to your gallbladder. You might want to ask for an ultrasound and HIDA scan with CCK injection.
In the meantime, try staying on a low fat diet. It seems to help some people.
It sounds like you're describing a gallbladder attack where a stone gets lodged at the beginning of the bile duct. The stones blocks bile from exiting your gallbladder and causes the symptoms. If the stone moves, the symptoms go away. If the stone doesn't move, you're going to feel awful until that gallbladder is taken out.
