Gall Bladder surgery at 14

My daughter is 14 and has been diagnosed with gall bladder disease.  Her gall bladder tests have shown it to be working at only 16%.
She has been set up with an appointment with a pediatric surgeon and I am very nervous about it since he has not done very many gall bladder removals on pediatric patience.
Do I have reason to be nervous and is routine to have another surgeon there when it is performed?

Ask for a more experienced Doc. I don't know if there will be a second Doc.Good Luck and God Bless!
