Gall stones and undigested pills

I have been diagnosed with gall stones.  Yesterday I gave myself an olive oil/lemon cleanse and what came out in my stools were six undigested pink pills. I take these as calcium blockers for High Blood Pressure.  These six pills had remained dormant and I would like to know WHERE?   Do they go into the Gall bladder and remain there or do they stay in the intestines?  Could they be mistaken for gall stones by x-ray?.
