Gallbladder disease with Peptic Ulcers

I have had a HIDA scan-positive for disfunctional gallbladder, without stones. Also had a gastroscopy revealing peptic ulcer disease (duadenal) I was wondering if the two disorders are related. If one is fixed, will the other heal itself?  Gallbladder is inflamed, like I said, no signs of stones, but is only functioning at about 7% of full potential. Could this be because of the duodenal ulcers?
