Gallbladder or Acid reflux???

For months now, I have had chest pains with middle back pain in the evenings.  I had all heart tests done, and everything is perfect.  One doctor told me I have gall bladder desease (do have 2 stones), and another doctor said...NO, I have acid reflux desease.  For the past two weeks I have had sharp pain in the middle of my back but very little chest pain.  Starts late afternoon and last the whole night.  Once I wake up in the morning, I feel fine until late afternoon again. Two trips to emerg have got me no where.  How do I know which meds to take?  Gallbladder or Acid reflux????   I think I'm going to go crazy living like this!

Thanks for all your help!  I will try the "diet" and see if I can't help myself since the doctors can't seem to get it together! :(
