Gallbladder problems? Help!

I am a 20 year old female and have been having pain below my ribs on my right side for quite some time now. It mainly happens at night. Over the past week the pain has gotten a lot worse with lots of nausea and I feel exhausted. I went to the ER four days ago and they did blood work -normal, uranalysis - normal, and a CAT scan that showed that my gall bladder was enlarged and inflamed. I went to my primary care doctor two days ago and he sent me for an ultrasound. The results were normal. They want to send me for a HIDA scan on Monday. I have had this scan done before with normal results but not with this problem. I really do believe that these problems are my gall bladder and I am wondering if anyone has had this similiar problem and it was their gallbladder and what the chances are of getting a surgeon to remove it with only the results from the CAT scan?
