Gallbladder surgery after effect ... uncomfortable

I had my gallbladder removed laproscopically February 16th this year and im totally fine no pain at all but i have been having the worst bowel movements i constantly have diarrhea it is very very liquidy and it wont seem to go away at all with anything i eat and then everytime i feel the need to pass gas i get scared because it feels like gas but then more comes and i have to race to the bathroom, what do i do please help me.

Then is there any specific diet i should try to follow if that is what the problem is.

and stick to low fat for awhile and see how it goes,

Im lactose intolerant so i cannot drink or eat any dairy products like any food with anything dairy cannot enter my body because of the uncomfortable pain and discomfort from them. I will try the Metemucil though thank you.

You should be following a low fat diet for now, as well if you have any dairy make sure its non fat and skim milk, any fatty food and greasy foods will cause you a problem, you need to slowly reintroduce foods back into your diet.  Also i find taking 2 Metemucil every morning will help with that as well.
