Gallstone attacks

Gallstone attacks

I have been told I have a few small gallstones. I don't have excruciating pain, but sometimes it is pretty severe like at 1:30 this morning I was awake and didn't sleep the rest of the night. It hurts in my right side and my back, not usually up high, though, as is usually common. I'm trying to find the right diet. Can you eat cous-cous?

What i found nest for myself before my surgery was low fat... cous cous was fine for me, everyone is different as i found salads etc worked for me, I stayed away from grease and high fat, still had discomfort but not the severe attacks unless i strayed from it.
