You may want to ask for an MRCP to doubleDouble-tussin dm-check the possibility of stones in the commonCommon cold bile duct, or sludge. It's possible to form it after surgery. CT's can miss that. And the stones/sludge could contribute to the development of pancreatitis.
You should also ask your doc if it's possible that you might be experiencing spasms of the common bile duct or sphincter of Oddi - a condition called SOD (sphincter of Oddi dysfunction). There are some forms of anti-spasm meds that might help such as nitroglycerin or specific calcium channel blockers.
If you're not following a low fat diet you may want to consider trying that.
