Gardnerella

Can this be in the colon? I had vaginal Gardnerella 8 months ago but the doctor could not see it on her smear. She treated me for a yeast infection. I've had it before, and know when it is back by the discharge's odor. I've had diarrhea that resulted in anal fissures and hemorrhoids for 3 months, and now have the odor in the mucous from my rectum. My stomach is bloated. Please help.
