Gastritis, weight loss and belly growls.

I am 26 yr old male. I recently had a endoscopy and colonoscopy. Colon was fine, was diagnosed with Gastritis. Was given PrevPac, while taking that I had upset stomach in morning. But after vomiting one morning that went away. Started to feel good again. Then PrevPac ran out... Started to feel ill again. Now on Prevacid.  I was 220 lb when this all started in Sept. It lingered at around 195 for awhile when I was feeling better. Now I am down to 188. Is this normal? I am sure I could find the answer looking around but reading others post puts too much into my already anxious mind. Also since the said procedures and finishing the PrevPac, I feel the "acid" inside my stomach. Also you can hear it as if a belly growl when hungry. Is that normal of Gastritis?

YES ITS ALL NORMAL..I TOO GET THE BELLY GROWLING AND LOST 19 POUNDS..I HAVE GERD AND HERINA AND EROSIONS.ITS A BIT TO HANDLE...TALK TO YOUR DR...MAYBE NEXTUM WILL HELP A BIT..I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER AFTER I VOMIT....ALSO IM ON ANIEXTY MEDS BECAUSE I FREAK OUT WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON IN MY BODY.THEY HELP..LOTS TO HANDLE..GOOD LUCK TOO YOU
