Gastritis

by tinyrufus, Jan 05, 2008 08:19PM
What types of pains does Gastritis cause? When does it go away? Is there anything you can do for gastritis other than Pepto Bismol or Maalox or a PPI or Acid Reducer? I can't seem to take those things......... Describe your pain, please.

What are you experiencing as far as pain. I have been having this burning feeling in my chest and my back. I have seen a gastro and even went for an upper GI. Nothing was found except possibly gastritis from medications I had to take for walking pneumonia which effected my asthma pretty bad. He told me to take Nexium, one a day, but nothing seems to be working, if anything, I feel the same. I am worried of course thinking the absolute worse.
