Gastritis

For the past six months I have been suffering with stomach problems.  First I was diagnosed with H Pylori.  I took the four drug treatment and was tested four weeks afterward and found to be clear of the bacteria.  Two months ago I had an endoscopy and the doctor said I had stomach polyps and gastritis.  He gave me some photos of the stomach.  I have had ultra sound of the gall bladder and pancreas.  Both were OK.  I have been on carafate before meals, and two nexium daily.  I still am sufferine from the gastritis.  Did the H Pylori cause it?  And how long will this continue.  I do have some good days, but then the bad ones come back.  Please help.
