I am 20 years old, male and i went to the emergency room on sunday and they sent me back h ome telling me i have gastro. Now i am a bit worried cause my stool has changed 3 times since sunday. At first it was just mushy brown stool, then it was liquid yellow stool and now its green liquid stool. Furthermore, my bum is burning so badly that i can hardly walk. Am i getting better? or worse?

Well, colors of stool can mean different things.  You can google "stool color" and get a lot of interesting info.  But I want to try to help you with what you have at the moment.

To make your rear stop hurting so much, after a shower apply regular plain KY jelly all around the area, and it will prevent chaffing and thus keeping it from being so sore.  Keep the area clean in between times by a last wipe with a damp tissue or baby wipes, followed by more KY.  If you can't get KY, vaseline works well too.

To help get your digestion back to something close to normal, there are two things you can do.  One, you should get ahold of Activia yogurt in the grocery store, or Acidophilus milk, or anything with "live bacteria cultures" in it, also known as probiotics, which you can get from a health food store.  That stuff helps normalize digestion and break down waste better.  Two, you should drink extra water and eat a goodly amout of food, like 100 percent whole wheat bread, spagetti, salads, blueberries, and anything with oats in it, like oatmeal or oat cereals like Cheerios.  Those things will bulk up waste and make it easier to pass.
